Anna Carroll is a professional, employment and communications coach.

As a Recruitment Manager and HR Consultant, Anna has more than 10 years recruitment experience and has sifted through thousands of CVs while conducting internal and external recruitment  campaigns. She has worked with AIB and Irish Life where she personally recruited or promoted in excess of 200 staff annually. Her knowledge, experience and objectivity assist her clients in gaining the necessary insights required  to sell themselves positively at every step of the recruitment process.

Anna supports, challenges and motivates in a holistic way to create new opportunities for those with whom she works . Her genuine care, respect and belief in her clients is at the centre of what she does.

As an NLP Master Practitioner, Anna works with clients to develop their connection to their many resources which supports and brings about a re-connection to their successes. This re-connection causes levels of confidence and self belief to soar, allowing her clients to relax and let go of nervous tension.

As an employment Coach, Anna assists her clients in exploring all opportunities available to them.  Anna supports and encourages her clients throughout the full recruitment process from advertisement to start date.
